The roadmap to naps that support good nights, so you can get out of the dark room and back to your day without ever sleep training.
The Nap Fix
Introducing:
Your complete roadmap to naps. Everything you need to navigate your baby's naps from 6+ naps down to zero - including nap transitions, short-nap troubleshooting, timing fixes, bad-nap/bad-night problems, and a gentle playbook for independent naps.
If you're a new mom whose baby's naps are all over the place OR the mom of a little velcro baby, and you find yourself saying:
"I stress so much when she contact naps thinking she should be in her crib, and then stress so much thinking I should be holding her for every nap…”
this is for you.
Want results like this?
REAL TALK:
When naps are all over the place, your whole day is all over the place. And it can feel like every single nap is make or break for how your night is going to go.
In fact, understanding how naps actually work is THE answer to getting your days back. When you know how naps support nights, you don't need the strict "age appropriate" schedule you found online, and you don't need to rescue every nap "just in case."
And if that wasn't reason enough to pay attention…
😍 Naps are often the only window in your day to get things done or rest yourself, so a nap plan that fits real life gives that time back to YOU
😍 Most online nap schedules aim for more sleep in 24 hours than your baby actually needs. When you find your baby's unique sleep needs, naps and nights start working together
😍 There are a LOT of nap transitions in the first 18 months. Knowing exactly how to do each one means you're never left wondering "is it time?" when things start going wonky
😍 Contact naps, car naps, crib naps or a mix of all three. You choose what works for your family, and you can still work toward independent naps when YOU'RE ready (no sleep training required)
😍 And all in all? A day that isn't run by the clock, nights supported by good naps, and the confidence to respond to your baby knowing you're not creating bad habits
It’s time for better naps
Buuuuuuuuuuut naps that never go the way you plan can make every single nap feel like a test your baby's night depends on…
Right now you might be spending 30 minutes rocking, feeding or bouncing your baby to sleep, lowering her into the crib so slowly, and tiptoeing out of the room… only for her to wake up 20 minutes later.
Annnnnnndd:
😥 You might be stuck in a dark room for hours every day, rescuing every nap because you're so scared that a bad nap will mess up tonight (even more)
😥 You might be holding a sleeping baby on the couch, loving the snuggles, while wondering if you're creating a habit you can't undo. And really wanting to get things done, or even just drink a hot coffee, but being unable to because the only place she'll nap is on you
😥 And really wanting to try the crib, but feeling like you've failed at "drowsy but awake" and unsure what to do instead (and the only other place she'll nap is the car, and gas is WAY too expensive for that)
And all this?
Has probably got you feeling completely done.
And not getting the break in your day that you so badly need.
Or even worse? Giving up your whole day to rescue naps, only to watch your nights get worse anyway.
But as someone who was once in your shoes, I am so excited to say it doesn't have to be this way
Imagine how it will feel to finally breathe again…
😕 Up at 2am, scrolling your phone in a panic, reading 10 different things that all say something different… baby finally asleep on your chest, too scared to move
😕 Googling "is this normal" at 3am, convinced you're doing something wrong, quietly scared you'll never feel like yourself again
😕 Every nap is a 45-minute operation. You hold them, they sleep. You move, they wake. You've stopped making plans because you never know when you'll be free
😕 Dreading bedtime. Dreading the night. Counting down until your partner takes over… just to survive until morning
Right now:
🎉 Baby asleep in their bassinet, monitor on, and you're actually sleeping… not just lying there waiting for the next wake
🎉 Napping on the go when you need to get out. Or in their bassinet when you want a break. You said yes to coffee with a friend (and actually went)
🎉 You watch your baby settle, think "I've got this," and actually believe it. The Googling's stopped. The confidence is real
🎉 Bedtime has a rhythm. Nights feel manageable. You're still tired, but you're thriving tired, not drowning tired
Imagine this:
That life? It's waiting for you inside The Newborn Sleep Guide.
Newborn sleep can feel easy with… The Newborn Sleep Guide
Your clear, no-cry roadmap to calmer nights, easier naps, and a fourth trimester that actually feels manageable - from birth to 16 weeks.
Whether your baby will only sleep on you, you're drowning in conflicting advice, or you just want someone to hand you a clear plan and say "start here." This was made for you.
Inside, you’ll learn:
✅ Why your baby sleeps the way they do. So you can stop second-guessing yourself and start working with their biology instead of against it
✅ How to build sleep foundations that support your baby's development and protect your sanity from day one
✅ How to gently move toward more independent sleep when you’re ready, at your pace, with zero pressure and zero crying
✅ Exactly what to do when the tricky stuff shows up: day/night confusion, contact nap dependency, the swaddle transition, pacifiers. This guide has a clear answer for all of it
This isn't about "fixing" your baby or following a rigid schedule that stresses you both out.
It's about knowing exactly what to do, in a way that feels good for your baby, honours your values, and gets you more sleep tonight.

FAQs
Will this actually work for my baby?
If your baby is over 4 months, the 4-18 Month Sleep Guide is a better fit for you. If your baby is 0-3 months, this is perfect for you because it’s not a one-size-fits-all “method” that forces every baby into the same box. The Newborn Sleep Guide is designed to work with your baby’s unique temperament and sleep biology. You’ll learn how to personalize the strategies so they actually fit your baby and your family.
What if I feed or rock my baby to sleep? Isn’t that a bad habit?
Not at all. Feeding or rocking to sleep is a superpower, not a problem. This guide will help you understand how to use those soothing tools guilt-free, and how to make gentle shifts later if you choose.
What does “no sleep training” mean?
I define sleep training as anything that limits your response to your baby - ie timed check ins, prescriptive settling (hold them for 1 minute then put them down). My approach is attachment-focused and we know from research that attunement to what your baby is communicating is KEY to building attachment. This doesn’t mean you can’t hold boundaries, but it does mean you can respond to your baby in whatever way that feels good for you.
I’ve tried other methods before. How is this different?
Most programs push eat play sleep routines to separate feeding and sleep. This guide doesn’t. The truth is, feeding to sleep does NOT cause night wakes. I show you an evidence-based approach that works with your baby’s sleep biology instead.
My baby only naps on me. Will this help?
Yes! This guide will show you why contact naps are biologically normal and give you tools to gently introduce more independent sleep - so you can your hubby can stop taking shifts at night.
How quickly will I see results?
Every baby is different, and I’ll never promise you “sleeping through the night in 14 days.” What I can promise is that from day one, you’ll feel more confident about your baby’s sleep and less stressed. And as you put the steps into practice, you’ll see more restful stretches for both you and your baby.
