Do you ever suggest cry-it-out or variations of it?

No! I am fully committed to a holistic approach to baby sleep that builds attachment and remains responsive to your baby’s needs - always. I do not recommend timed checks or anything of the sort.

Will there be crying when changing your baby’s sleep habits? Possibly. but I will never ask you to leave them alone to cry. Crying is your baby’s only form of communication so they may protest when changes are made to how they’re settling to sleep or where they are sleeping. However, you’ll be there to respond, reassure, and support your baby through these changes.

I’m pregnant, what’s the best resource to start with?

The Baby Ready Playbook is perfect for new moms who are constantly researching and overwhelmed by the baby world.
