This package includes:
1-hour google meet call to discuss your family dynamics, goals, and begin crafting a sleep plan for your little one
Bespoke, personalized sleep plan
An email summary of our call, a full sleep plan, and personalized resources based on your sleep goals
2 weeks of daily support through sleep logs - 1 email per day (Monday to Friday)

What happens after you book?
I’ll email you to set up the timing for your 1 hour sleep consult
I will also send you the intake questionnaire and a sleep diary template to complete. in the lead up to your consult
We will meet on google meet at the designated time to do a full sleep analysis and develop a plan for your baby’s sleep
