The Premium One Month Sleep Support Package also includes:

1 Month of Follow-Up Support – Ongoing guidance to ensure you feel supported as you implement your sleep plan and make changes to your baby's sleep:

  • 4 additional 30-Minute Video Calls (one per week of your support period) - to adjust strategies as needed and answer questions (one per week) 

  • Additional Sleep Log analysis and personalized direction on sleep schedules to find your baby's perfect fit 

  • Email Support between calls for ongoing support, encouragement, and troubleshooting.

When to choose the Sleep Support Package

  • Your baby is waking every 2 hours (or a similar interval). This usually requires some troubleshooting and extra sleep log analysis 

  • You're making big changes to your baby's sleep (night weaning, changing how you settle, changing sleep spaces, moving from co-sleeping, adding in another caregiver to support to sleep, etc.)

  • You're making more than 1 change at a time (ie nightweaning and moving from co-sleeping) 

Support while you're making changes to your baby's sleep can make all the difference between: "We tried and it didn't work" and "This changed our lives! We made it!" 

Saying that, it's not for everyone. You may not need the full follow up if... 

  • You're confident implementing changes on your own 

  • You don't want help workshopping your baby's sleep needs 

  • You don't like extra support

What happens after I book?

  • You'll receive an email with your google meet link and a guide that outlines the consult process.

  • You'll also receive a link to the intake questionnaire and sleep diary that need to be completed 48 hours prior to our consult call.

  • We will meet on google meet at the designated time to do a full sleep analysis and develop a plan for your baby’s sleep.

  • I'll then send you a full sleep plan and resources within 48 hours of our call and your follow up support package will kick in.

  • *If your baby gets sick during the follow up period, we can pause the follow up package for up to 2 weeks.


I want to move from co-sleeping. Is this the right fit?

Yes! This is the perfect fit for confidently making big changes to your baby's sleep. 

In our call, we'll talk through everything about your baby's sleep then make a plan personalized for your baby and your family's sleep goals. 


What makes you different?

Every baby is a unique little person so I don't make guarantees on sleeping through the night by x days. 

What I can promise is that from day one, you’ll feel more confident about your baby’s sleep and less stressed. And as you put your sleep plan into practice, you’ll see more restful stretches for both you and your baby.


What if my baby gets sick?

If your baby gets sick during your support period, we can pause for up to 2 weeks at a time. Just email me and let me know
